Outdoor Strand Woven Bamboo Joist

Description:

Strandwoven bamboo is made from shredded strands from the bamboo cane which are then woven together to form a denser material. The latter is put under high heat and pressure, along with the use of adhesives, which turns it to an extremely durable construction material.
 
Strand Woven Bamboo is much more durable and stronger than other types of bamboo or wood. Indeed, it is resistant to water and weather, does not rot, and therefore have a longer lifespan.
 
We recommend using outdoor strand woven bamboo joist for installing our bamboo decking. Indeed, it is advisable to use joist of the same density as the decking to avoid differences of expansion.
